    Rio please be careful as there is a court case pending re alleged defamation of my identity and integrity.

    It is a filly therefore there is not even an anatomical contrast which I may have taken into consideration before wavering a legal approach.

    With a name like that it should obviously be a champion but I can't afford to risk my reputation.... or at least the little that remains. Court proceedings are necessary to prevent the blue face becoming a red face.

    I have secured the services of lawyer Pinky Ann Percy (no relation to Tom) to represent me.

    Slip...i do understand the sensitivity of the situation.....but as you may have noticed i do like pushing the boundaries from time to time and may not be the best person to be judicious with what i write.

    I wish you well with your legal struggle. Perhaps when you are close to winning this battle - as i see no way that you could lose - you may be able to negotiate the ownership of the horse be donated to the first ever PTT racing syndicate....$500 donation to cover your legal bills buys a 5% share in the horse..First 10 to commit to your fighting fund are automatic share holders the rest will be drawn out of a hat.

    Put me down for a share...I'm sure the current owners of this high quality beast will see the errors of their judgement and upon reading this post will probably donate it to you straight away as a sign of good will for their poor judgement.

    If not, i may actually wait until Monday afternoon before i fully commit to that share :wink:

    Well, I'll be in that 5% share for $500 - Like the breeding at first glance - the syndication sounds like a great way to recover costs should your endeavors be fruitfull.

    Have no idea of the issue's above but wish you luck all the same, ( and I am serious about the share option...)

    However if it is you on the left - the swab results that falcon ordered have just come in - you are forgiven if you don't remember...In fact with what was in the swab, we are amazed that you could stand!!! :lol: :lol:

    My $500 in is the mail Slip....start the court case.....take them to the cleaners......make them pay for suggsting you are a filly - even if it is you in the photo you look nothing like a filly!!!

    Colin Ash is about the only name i have seen or written on a chq for 20yrs!!!! trust me it's in the post :wink2:

    You tell me what you can read into a 400m trial..she finished first which is better form than the other 6 in the trial

    Going an extra distance never troubled this blue face. I'm collecting the cash together for a first up plunge when she makes her debut Rio :) May have to change the holiday plans. 8)

    well there you go Slip...I'm expecting a good return for my fully paid up share of this filly.....

    Got a feeling this silly subject is a lot better than all the serious stuff on the other threads over the past few days!!!

    let me know if your out of the country Slip and i'll bankrupt Diva with a big plunge for us, cos we've kept it quiet and no-one else is aware that she is going okay we will get really good odds!!!! :)

    Am sure that the real owners haven't signed it over yet as they are hoping that it is good enough to be able to square away their total debt!!!!!
