Riding Suarez in the last on Saturday with an allocated weight of 54. Nothing in the book to say she won't claim her full 3 kgs. On the contrary the book has (3 allow) next to her name. But CRIS (updated to 17 March) has her minimum riding weight at 54.5 and recently she hasn't been able to claim below 54.She hasn't ridden below 53.5 for at least 12 months. All of which means she's unlikely to claim anything on Suarez. It's entirely up to her and the connections what weight she rides at as long as the punting public know in advance. If her MRW has changed that much then it should be updated on CRIS. If she's not going to claim her full allowance then that should be in the racebook.

Yes wondered myself where she has been,did hear she wss injured,but not sure,but great to see her back.

Great to see her ride a double today. Should get a lot more opportunities if she can continue to ride at 51-52.

Her MRW was 54kg at Albany's previous meeting 16/4/15. To ride 51kg at Ascot on 25/4/15 is some effort. Bonacious Princess wouldn't have won with 54kg so Mandy has already profited from her effort to get her weight down.

shes came along well this Albany season. We've used her a few times and is making less and less mistakes, which allows the horses to do their best...dont know where she lost the 3kg from, there wasn't a lot of her as it is!!!!
