It is a filly therefore there is not even an anatomical contrast which I may have taken into consideration before wavering a legal approach.
With a name like that it should obviously be a champion but I can't afford to risk my reputation.... or at least the little that remains. Court proceedings are necessary to prevent the blue face becoming a red face.
I have secured the services of lawyer Pinky Ann Percy (no relation to Tom) to represent me.
I wish you well with your legal struggle. Perhaps when you are close to winning this battle - as i see no way that you could lose - you may be able to negotiate the ownership of the horse be donated to the first ever PTT racing syndicate....$500 donation to cover your legal bills buys a 5% share in the horse..First 10 to commit to your fighting fund are automatic share holders the rest will be drawn out of a hat.
Put me down for a share...I'm sure the current owners of this high quality beast will see the errors of their judgement and upon reading this post will probably donate it to you straight away as a sign of good will for their poor judgement.
If not, i may actually wait until Monday afternoon before i fully commit to that share :wink:
