Doutable will be suited by the apprentice in this mile race.
Doutable should lead here with Cockram aboard and the horse goes particularly well for her. Three starts back she bludgeoned them to death in fast time at Northam. In between, Whiting got lost in traffic and two weeks ago, Turner kept the Redoutable gelding going to beat Fortescue Flyer, going away in the end. He gets the weight swing on Fortescue aswell, who turned it up after getting the perfect run for Pike last start. Goose goes OK fresh, but might just need a run with no trial under his belt. Bermaise is the improver. Nevilles just seem to pop out of the blue and we know this horse has the ability to win a race like this.
I prefer Staeck on Sky Magic and Parnham may have to go back on her in this.
