Knockout scheduled to commence 17th August
There will be $500 and a lot of pride at stake for the winner of Knockout 2013, which kicks off August 17th - a week from Saturday. Numbers have steadily increased for the competition and many will breath a sigh of relief based on the conditions and fields for the Saturday card ahead.
The competition boasts its 4th running over the 8 years of Perth Turf Talk existence, with the inaugural Knockout being run in 2005 amongst 32 competitors.
2005 Placegetter Torpedo Punt will again take his place.

reading the comp page and it says for the winner "a $500 bet" is that 1 single $500 bet or just $500 into the Punta account of the winner?look forward to the fun
