For sheer volume of 3s made I don't think there has been better than Curry.

Miller was one of the most clutch players there has been. And he let everybody know it!

OKC drops another game they really should have won after leading by at least 19pts at one stage.Tthey were beaten 103-98 by The Clippers on the road and were outscored 35-13 in the final quarter. Another implosion. Meanwhile GS and the Spurs keep on keeping on.

San Antonio stretched their undefeated home court run to 35 when they defeated the reigning champs Golden State. Both sides were pretty ordinary from the field with SA marginally better but their defence kept GS to under 38% with Steph Curry  going 4/18 including 1/12 outside the 3-point line. The Warriors(62-7) play the Spurs twice in April in their last four regular season games-once on their home court where they remain 32-0 and once in San Antonio. With 13 games regular season games for them to play they only have two more games they can lose if they want to eclipse the all time best season record 72-10(Chicago Bulls '95-'96).

Golden State are now 68-8 so they can only lose one more game if they are to eclipse the Bulls' record of 72-10. Crucially they face the Spurs twice in their last six games-once at home(8/4) and once in San Antonio(11/4), where the Spurs are still undefeated(39-0). It should be noted that the Warriors(37-1) are not perfect at home in the wake of their loss to Boston. These two matches against SA, are a must watch and could possibly decide this year's Western Conference, and ultimately NBA champions.

It's currently half time  in the Warriors v Spurs game I post this but even if the Warriors go on to win it(they lead 52-40) they lost to Minnesota on  Wednesday and now have to win their last four games if they are to beat the Bulls' record. I think the best they can hope for is to drop the game v The Spurs on Sunday and share the all time record with the 95-96 Bulls.

But San Antonio would then have a key psychological advantage having an unbeaten record at home. It sets it up for an enthralling battle. Do the Warriors throw everything at the record and attempt to strike a blow before the finals? If they do and come up short how will it affect them?

Warriors 70-9 after today's win with three games left in the regular season.

Correction: The Spurs v Warriors game is on Monday.

Will rest everyone from that game - conceding a game they probably would have lost anyway = less damage than all playing and getting beat.
Win the others and still equal the record.

Performance of the day was the Celtics. Down 26 at half time. Hold Miami to 5 points in the 3rd and run out 10 point winners.

How many teams would have two MVP candidates? OKC do and even allowing for the blow out losses against the Spurs and The Warriors, you're right, they are the ones who have lifted the most from the regular season. Cleveland haven't had a challenge up until now. Let's see how they respond-the home court advantage may be crucial.

Where is game 6 being played?

if in Cleveland they're unbeatable (as you'll see later this morning)

     where is the decider held?

The cavs will have the home court advantage so game 6 will be at OKC.

The team with home-court advantage hosts games 1, 2, 5, and 7, while their opponent hosts games 3, 4, and 6, with games 5–7 being played if needed

sorry mate I was refering to game 6 in the cavs raptors series

if game 6 is in Cleveland then they'll wrap the series up in 6 games, if game 6 in Toronto then where wil that decider be held is what I was asking......

as for the gsw okc series, gsw win at home tomorrow then where are the next two games played or more importantly where is that game 7 played?

  • WinsumlosesumWinsumlosesum    138 posts
For OKC / Warriors game 6 is in Oakland and if needed 7 in GS.

For the Cavs game 6 is in toronto and game 7 in Cle.
