Northam Sunday.

Harness & Greyhounds
Punters pals from the land of the long white cloud Neighlor and Robert The Bruce look set to continue on their merry way at Northam today.

Plan of attack all up win...with a saver of Self Reliant ( a little danger to Neighlor sorry JJ just a bit of insurance ) into Robert The Bruce. Hopefully around $3 and $5 the doubles.

Think #3.Three Pints and 9. Extreme Times are good chances to run second...along with the two horses that have good gate speed Paramedic and Northern Emperor. Robert The Bruce on Tabtouch now $1.06 :-O approaching an old skool 1/20...twenty to one on!

Trifecta behind Robert The Bruce just $31 but first four $430...eight horse was $157 a win....but three back pegs behind Pints and Paramedic helped to carry him into fourth.

When & where will these two ex kiwis turn up again ? Both trainers Scott and Turvey have a knack of perfect placement.

Just watched the Northam replays - well done to Jay Jay - hes got a nice horse - got a good turn of foot - in much better grade - 3 or 4 back the pegs - hes going to be a knockout chance - with that turn of foot

Interesting the 3  2100 metre races  Atmospherical went 1.59.4 ( boken 2 minutes in its only 2 starts/wins ) bust last half didnt break 60

Neighlor identical mile rate - but 56.9 breezing - wow

    Robert the Bruce ( super impressive ) 1.57.5 - last half 57.4

Yes Marko, he went nice today, he is  still learning the caper but impressive to breeze and home in 56.9 on a very hot day up there. Grateful to have a patient trainer and skillful driver that work very well together to sort him out.

The horse you beat Precious Pupp ( for 1 fleeting moment at the 300 i thought it was a knockout chance ) - its allways had ability - must be nearly totally unsound

Its got a very interesting score card - a 10 year old - its 1st  and only start as a 5 year old it won at Ascot Park in NZ - then its next start was exactly 1 year later over here

All up only 26 starts - 4 wins and 4 placing - has definitely got ability though - but can never get a decent prep

Yes, very well bred horse and can run.....a sister to it's dam (I think) called Lady Bess went gangbusters in America with sub 1.53 wins, a Royden Lodge Horse.
