Did like the run of Our Perkins first up.

Not sure that when a player is bumped over the fence after play has stopped it should be considered play on.

    Absolutely nothing in it

One thing that does surprise me a bit - is the drivers are still wearing  the trainer or owners colours

In Qld and Vic - the drivers ( irrespective of the horse they are driving ) are wearing their drivers colours in each race - so the one set of trainers colours aernt shared between various drivers on the day

Not sure there is Nothing In It Markovina
Deliberately steering your horse on top of another, forcing it over the pegs is far from Nothing In It.
I remember something similar happening a few years ago with G Harper and S Burton resulting in lengthy suspensions for both.
    Close to Foul Driving.

No bigger fan of jnr than me.
But he is driving like he has been on the angry pills
Over driving quite a few lately and now shoving blokes over the pegs
    Time for a spell jnr

    Race 5 Pinjarra 13 April 2020

Stewards inquired into the tactics adopted by S. McDonald on MASTER PUBLISHER in Race 5 at Pinjarra on 13 April 2020. The inquiry was not opened on the day due to Mr McDonald being unavailable. Stewards were concerned that MASTER PUBLISHER was restrained to the rear of the field and remained in that position throughout, and was held up in the run to the finish. S. McDonald explained his instructions from trainer G. Hall Snr were to restrain from the wide barrier draw and avoid being wide on the track.  He stated there was an opportunity to improve three wide in the back straight on the first occasion to obtain the position outside the leader and there was a further opportunity to shift wide on the final turn and into clear running, however he failed to avail himself of those opportunities due to the horses’ history of intractability. Stewards were not satisfied MASTER PUBLISHER was intractable to the degree that prevented those moves and subsequently S. McDonald pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 149(2) of driving in an unacceptable manner and had his licence to drive in races suspended for 21 days. In determining penalty stewards took into account his guilty plea, his driving record and the delay in finalising the inquiry which meant S. McDonald will miss the opportunity to drive in upcoming Group 1 races. S. McDonald will commence his suspension 27 May 2020.

So he pleads guilty and only gets 3 weeks, should be months.
