    I find it odd how Ritchie (and I guess as a result I assume others) get so shocked by a lead time of 35.8 but then don’t bat an eye lid when horses are running 27 and change quarters in their last half.

    With such a leader bias track in a leader bias sport I would like to think the former should be the norm and the later should be the shock, after all the two horses that ran that time one won and the other was beaten a half head for second.

    Aiden DeCampo is one of a few that has used good controlled aggression of recent times (LBH a little more controlled tonight too) wish we could see more of it.

    Think he was pretty confident he could do it in his own mind pre race. Bit of The King Of Swing about Texas Tiger I reckon...he has looked to have another gear in his performances...very nice kind and relaxed racing sort of horse.
