A study released today from Ireland, has shown a 48% decline in your horse ever getting to the races if you have tried to replicate genetic bloodlines too closely.

It is a looming problem here in WA with our farms seemingly not keen on standing anything without Danehill blood.

    absolutely an issue, Danehill is inbred himself which doesn't help.

    Latest two imports (Shooting To Win and Manhattan Rain) are both Danehill free.
    Snippetson, Universal Ruler of the existing crew as well, Danehill free (to name two - haven't looked too much further).
