    I got a feeling it'll be about $5 on both options!!!!

    So i can JUST afford to gamble 2 coffee's for the chance of some surprise punting money for the Cup week!!!!

    Saw a pic of a very slimmed down Nic Naitanui in the paper this week.
    The great man will show everyone this year what he can do when fully fit. He was 50% last year at best.
    Darling going down today and the talk is minimum 8 weeks is a savage blow.
    Need everyone on the park for us to finish top 8 this year.
    Best bet for the AFL season…….Nic to be selected first ruck in the All Australian Team.

    When will these young dickheads ever wake up to the world, here we have, one month out from the season opening and this guys out chucking **** into his body while there are thousands of other kids busting their guts out training and running just for a spot in their local team or even hoping for better and this idiot has it all at his feet and just thinks he can do whatever he wants. throw the prick out of the club and send a message to others but that will not happen as he is a young lad who needs guidance and a shoulder to lean on.

    Trouble is me ol mate. Can’t throw him out because 75% of the squad would be doing the same.
    He got caught and had to own up.
    2023 everyone is doing it.
    Note how the media didn’t go hard at Wayne Carey when he got caught recently. That is because all the media are into it too.
    They would be hypocrites to call him out.

    I just heard what his penalty is.

    A suspended fine and not allowed to play in 2 practice games and the first 2 season games.

    Very close to ZERO penalty for a player in a club with numerous social drug and social abuse issues....

    I'm with you Hendo...Sacked from club. Contract torn up and a 2 year suspension from being registered in any club anywhere in the world. And if he comes back to play the first 2 years 50% of his income donated to drug rehab facilities.

    Hit the far cars in the hip pocket...the above is EXTREME...but that would hurt anyone and send the correct signal to young people who idolize these players.

    Just saw a clip of Nathan Buckley talking on radio about Jack Ginnivan. His only beef was not that he indulged in the substance but just the timing of it. Highlighting it was January February and his actions have affected his team mates leading into the new season.
    Bucks referenced his own boys 16 and 14 that they will be exposed to the temptation because it is part and parcel of where society is at and he will be there to support them thru it.
    He knows that most young people that go to clubs and parties etc will indulge.
    He knows you can’t escape it when you go out. So let’s not bury our heads in the sand and think the party drugs will disappear.

    Whats happened to the bloke whos filmed him over the cubicle door if thats what has happened. Surely thats invasion of privacy or something similar. Not condoning what he has done but if that was a girl, woman or young boy the police would have been called in straight away. Does he not have the same rights as them?

    Spink, i'm sure is covered under the law with being involved in an illegal activity... Otherwise CCTV would never be allowed to be entered inot a courtroom.

    He should get Citizen of the year award for having the balls to come forward and have these sacrosanct sports people exposed for the scum of the earth they are

    Rio I was under the assumption public toilets didn’t have cameras installed. Due to it being an invasion of privacy. If that’s the case it could possibly be that Giddven just possibly forgot to shut the door. That being the case it makes it more hard to understand. Anyway Jack and us move on

    Sorry i didn't mean to suggest that it was CCTV...

    What i was meaning was that there are many cameras..that are recording information with those of us being recorded that would not be allowed to be used in a court of law if they started exempting anywhere when illegal activities are being done.

    So whoever recorded the activity is in the clear..If they had taken a video of him having a piddle in a toilet, that would be an entirely different matter....and the video would be used to convict the person who took it.

    The difference is that taking drugs in a toilet is an illegal activity, that police need proof of....the other is a fully legal activity, that no-one has the right to video...

    Although there seems to be no police or legal ramifications for elite sports people!! Or did he get charged by the police at all??? Not sure about the laws on Coke these days. It used to be classified as a hard drug and a date with the courts irrespective of quantity involved!?!?!?!?!

    Falcon is definitely a GOB, not sure abut Jum, Marko BAF and a few others that float on and off. But pretty sure none of them are passionate enough to get on here regularly!!!!

    Could be a dull season with you and I on here, having a party every week as the Eagles cement themselves in the top 8 and the Dockers struggle to get in after a couple of good years. ;-)

    He went to the board and demanded they renegotiated his salary in the middle of last season Falc.....He told them he wanted it cut in half, so the club could get the players it needed.

    Club man all the way through...Bit like JK and Hurn i reckon, he'll be there to do whatever he can to help the club....For as long as the club wants him to be there.

    One player in the Eagles that deserves a pay rise is Tom Barrass. Maybe he got that by winning the F&B. Should have been in the all Australian team. Which probably comes with another bonus as well.
