As good as Bob's breeding stock is and used to be, these first two runners are a shadow of what his empire used to produce. Racing at York for his breeding stock, would be where you might introduce one for an easy kill but these two are desperate for wins.

Any level of common sense would be to move them on rather quickly.

Looks like Bob may have purchased Spectacular Park as a tried horse. Here is its jumpout in NZ which it wins. Dark colours with orange armbands.

Gee something isn't right when you can't win a 46+ at York with an overseas purchase.

On face value that was a pretty poor day for his lot.

Good few stable/pike punters are on the baked beans tonite, I steered well clear of the enitire day.

The one in the last was the only one I liked. Would have been a good day but alas I was knocked off by Jolly Odd an 8yo mare with 1 win from 53 starts  :((

29 horses listed 15 belonging to Bob
won 10 in his last 50 runners. Huge wraps on his work ethic

Did Ike learn the ropes so to speak from Mr Parnham?

If I recall correctly regarding his career as a jockey Ike's first ride in the city and possibly first ride ever in WA was a winner but lost on protest.

Knew he rode in Queensland prior to coming to W.A Was on his winner in the Natasha for Kersley called Keiliewood was over a 100/1 .was tipped it on its previous run based purely on how it finished through the line never won another race.

If my not mistaken, Ike is of Japanese heritage. If so, I'm not surprised at all if he has great work ethic and attitude.
Great to see a relatively new face in the training ranks too.

Had a tiny little bit to do with Ike and the family through a horse, awesome people, pleasure to be around and as stated hard workers.

Hopefully he can be the one to put some of Bob's back up the top of WA racing, looks to have been a good start for the combo.

Gilgamesh Ike may have unearthed a Oaks filly in New Music very impressive first start on Wednesday tardy away first start running through the line for third bred to get 1600m and further. Bobs normal pattern 2-3runs then out back in Jan .

Ike's partner obviously isn't Tina and as I am not au fait with the dating and marriage scene of the racing industry who is Ike's partner?

FFS lighten up Falcon. My comment was in jest and don't have a go because my knowledge happens to be more about the racing than the relationships.

I have never given the impression I know the ins and outs of ducks bums but if that is your opinion then al I can say is... Better than being up those bums Falcon.
