Good luck trying to pick the winner of this years CC. Hardest race to find the winner I have ever seen.  #-o

I'll try and help a bit and though I agree it's hard to know which I actually think there are only 5 to 6 real chances total...how many really do you give a good chance below saddlecloth no 8? Maybe the import drawn 1 down the bottom but that will end in tears imo
I don't think Jamie Kah is at her best atm

Anyway, my hint is .. who has won 2 of the last 3 editions?
Cull his by 1(maybe Franscesa Guardi)and don't forget to have a saver on the toppie.
    You're welcome :D

As expected favoured runners finish 1,2,3
Soulcombe absolutely fd its chances at the start, very glad team Freedman rolled the visitor.
    Awesome run Gold Trip also.

I rarely take a Quaddie but I'm alive with 3 horses in the last leg [-O<

Good one Thunder and paid okay considering the odds of the winners  =D>

Did you notice the winner of race 4 at Leinster? Time To Thunder @ $17 Stable scored a rough double

Outside the first three did anyone spot a good Melbourne Cup trial? Without watching a replay I thought the Duke ran a very good race and I wouldn't leave Breakup. :D The quick pace sorted a few of them out.

I will have to watch it again but I reckon the toppie didn't lose any credibility?
A few including the Japanese horse will appreciate a less frantic tempo.

I went to the pub to celebrate :D and had one bet at Leinster earlier which didn't give a yelp so i did not see that runner/race.

Quad did pay well and I was lucky I had that longish priced winner, the reason I did so is I had backed it in the last start win at Mornington so though it was worth a spec 3rd pick.
Reckon plenty went Lane's one 1 out.He had an average day it's fair to say.
