    Very hard to follow the how the naming plays Top Sire by Better Boy ---Century was the hundredth name submitted, hence the name,& Merkin got through, then had to change it, them days no more then six owners per horse.Pretty sure previous owners have noinput.

    Rules say The Register may refuse any name he/she may deem undesirable and may cancel any horses registered name for whom he/ she deem necessary . Noske stiff won first two on blackcavier. Alot owners live by not breaking a winning combination if possible.

    stg, i was living in sydney when the Merkin problem arose. she was trained by dr. geoff chapman. i forget what the second name was.

    Dr Chapman was flying late eighties, actually came to Perth to look at buying Zemindar sure it was 500k.price He had a bad swayback not paying 500k for broken Lounge chair, someone .mentioned Tulloch had one, Trust me he ain't Tulloch, Fortunate enough to listen to a talk he gave Never pulled a punch when he was discussing certain individuals In racing funny man he played for Australia Rugby union.

    Lord Ben Lodge.. Has some great horses. Myocard won the AJC derby in the late eighties.. Great trainers trained out of Rosehill then.. and now want to sell it..

    Last hairy moot I saw Falc was Karen Pini in playboy. Think most the in girls nowadays go the bald look or the little landing strip. Anyway back to the races
