Geepers wasnt Mighty Ronaldo travelling up outside the leader easy there.

Low 55 half home from the breeze, be dangerous if he can het a soft sit somewhere in these big couple of races.

FWIW- in yesterdays West Australian newspaper which ive just got around  to reading

In the property section - page 14 - one full page add - big picture of the Byford Trotting track - - house for sale - massive amount of land 4904 metres - thats over an acre i think - picture of a pacer and day yards/stables etc - and of course the house - the aptly named address 4 Binshaw Avenue

This is what it says - " Complete with 9 stables and multiple paddocks - an unparalleled opportunity for enthusiasts of the trotting community " - house built in 1972 - been in the same family for 50 plus years - i wonder who currently owns it

And heres the best bit - For Sale - Early $1 milions - i reckon that is the bargain of the century - id buy that site unseen - what do you get for 450k - basically  nothing - something way out in suburbia on a tiny block

If i was young again , and i had the money id buy that , your getting a 4 BR home on over an acre with 9 stables , for  low 1 millions , i reckon that is fantastic value

Mick & Gail Babich. We can only hope that some of our young industry participants who currently rent and believe in the future of Harness look at this very good property.

Nice place very tidy the Fergusons do babies from there at the moment. Bit small for a professional trainer we’re on 20 acres and it’s barely big enough for our team

Very cheap especially when you win a metro race you get about $900 trainers pecentage.
