Anyone see or read that protest upheld in Beaudesert yesterday.

    Have watched it 6 times now and its got me totally buggered how any Stipe could take the race off Beachside Babe . Racing lanes and lines around home turns are marginal at best and deadset there was no way Quade was going to win that . Jockey Spinks eased the real winner down near the finish post .

    Stewards are not beyond reproach. If there was an integrity unit in Queensland, they would be thoroughly investigating the individuals behind the decision and their connections with the ultimate winners.
    It could just be a completely bad decision but it is worth investigating. If you have dirty stewards, you have dirty racing.
