Some think AJ has drawn well, others aren't sold.

Overpass has the balaclava on for another heist.

I'll be dabbling on the overs - Ripcord, Almighty Class and Triple Missile,

I've thought King Of Sparta was the right style of horse for this race the whole way through -- he seems to be in his absolute prime this year and has now drawn perfectly to boot.

    ^ try mr.google, deto.

spent about 20 minutes on the quokka....the result? harder to pick than a broken nose.

wonder why morton & duncan brought rhys mcleod over for the one ride on the 100/1 pop saloon bar?
surely these locals sitting in the jocks room could sit on the outsider, watson, whiting, azzopardi, turner and a few more.

Not sure why he has bought McLeod over for the one ride but a free tip for all punters in "Turf Talk" land Rhys McLeod, apart from the top echelon is pound for pound the best value jockey in Australia bar almost nobody IMO, and about an hour ago he got knocked off on a $1.26 chance I know

Amazed at the price differential between Ripcord and Oscars Fortune, also have a slight query about Oscar at 1200 in this company too.

Absolute gap job Bustling In the 2yo feature :x
Now the monkey is off Shinns back I'm Bullish Kkmg Of Sparta can be mighty hard to beat from Amelia's Jewel, the imo value 3yo runnerRipcord can definitely figure in the minor money.
Overpass rounds out the top 4.

Back-To-Back wins for Overpass in The Quokka. A 2nd/3rd Tier sprinter in the eastern states but gets the job done once again in Western Australia.

Bloody hell, didnt have Overpass in the 1st box of my first 4 whattadh
Very predictable top 4 except for KIng Sparta who wasn't up to the others and a bit weak imo.

Please tell me I'm wrong everyone, but I just get the feeling WA racing has fallen down a few levels over the last few years. Apart from Amelia's Jewel....who else is there? Who else can go over east and compete in the highest level of racing in Australia? I mean look at Amelia's Jewel...got beaten by a 2nd/3rd Tier eastern states horse (Overpass) who struggles against the elite sprinters in Australia.

There must be something coming through in WA ???...

If you had Bellanipotina in your first 4 & relied on the call you would have thrown your ticket away. Gee just get them close to right over the line would be great thanks.

Looked like another great edition of the Quokka there yesterday. More good exposure across Oz and NZ for WA Racing.

The race was run clean, four of top five in the finish were giving every chance, Was on Oscars Fortune was presented to win, there was talk a knock back of 1.5mil last prep. unless he strengths up a bit more, in this company 1100 is far enough for him .Having said the other threeyears are still coming Petula, Ripcord, Super Smik ,Almighty Class.
Did C.Parnham knock back ride on Bustling?.

I listened to Blake Shinn's post race interview and I think he said Danny had offered him the ride months ago and his team had been watching it.
Wouldnt bet money on it but thats what I thought he said.
