I wonder how many horses have strung 5 in a row together after having 20+ starts like Fat Roy Slim.

Going back many moons and Falcon may be the only one to recall but Stylish Lord who won at least 8 in a row for McNamara who had a bit of history in Victoria

Slip--.Stylish Lord is State record holder 14 consective wins, McNamara was involved in the well known Regal Vista---Royal School ring-in at Casterton ,and others he was suspended for four years, the Mastermind Car dealer Rick Renzella was jailed for two years. Prior to the inception of Quaddies, The Daily Double was the main play - Money would be placed on the ring in -- one leg with field being taken the other leg, which saw minimal flucs,in S.P. one particular horse opened at 33/1 started at 33/1 won by ten lengths inquiry revealed tongue over bit previous start. The regal vista --royal school 33k was won on double .reading the story. The jockey Stephen Wood years later tried ring-in technique just replacing fast horse with slow one but was caught and done jail time Where Renzella used black horses no white markings by a particular sire of cause he had a real fast one.,with paper's forged.

Curry won two races at an Ascot Saturday meeting back in the 70’s - a very wet day it was.
Will never happen again, of course.
