Be probably biggest disgrace in racing if they allow him back in, Shown no respect for officialdom with the 15 prior indiscretions now the two things that can drag the industry further, down--- Intergrity & Animal cruelty 15 minute video proves it beyond any doubt to genuine horse lovers.
    ' with guilty plea, & 36k. fine.

Sooner......too many heavy hitters in his corner......no magistrate has ever had so many character references from so many high profile well respected participants in the industry.
He will be back ..... recall the powers to be would give 20 to life for batteries not that too long ago.
Brian Dawson we never heard of again after his little episode in the goldfields. Peter Hall thrown a lifeline after his indiscretion and now look who is coaching our up and coming apprentices.

SIxty Minutes were approached then setup a motel room where jiggers were to be sold the jockeys and trainers that attended got ten to fifteen years. The person that was alleged to have made them ,was to be brought back to face his penalty, evidentially said I will name the top stables that I made them for,---- he wasn't required.

So many Character references trying to defend the in defensible belting horses up with polypipes and holding jiggers on them One period he had access to the best horses in Australia and N.Z ..Waller said Weir he had addiction to winning ?.meaning if didn't get caught all was good.

What i don't understand he still training 100 horses and be making alot money.Oh not really his employing 30 people (Jerk the Gurkhan).Maybe he can do this on his own property, But aren't theses horses registered under the rules of racing which allows stewards to visit his property. ,So the horses get transferred into weirs name from trainer x, Know pretrainers aren't listed .Surely the punting public should know this one has been pre trained at weirs where do we get that information.

Officials making a scenario to try and protect a what . The Stewards have requested he get ten years.

Just on Bruce Clark and others in Weirs corner,
My old man used to say and I believe it to be very true,

That he judged a person by the company he keeps,
    and if their no good,
    you're no good.

I had that horse running for me - would love to see her take the run, slow mo and replays says it's there but really tough day to be on a horse, she's been down a few times before i'll happily say good on her for taking the safe road. Nothing in it move on.

How does Weir only get two years? Was the Melbourne Cup he won with the Prince of Penzance sponsored by Battery World?
