    Overpass has now won over $9m. Wins in a sizzling 1:08.89. What a horse. Norich ran faster time though. I'll say it again WTF?

    Watching Overpass win in such commanding fashion, well it brings mixed emotions. Yes it was an incredible run drawn so badly, probably his best particularly following a less than glorious day at Flemington last time out. For Maharba to run second, after a horrendous start, really showed the lack of depth as after that start he should have not got within 3 lengths of top quality sprinters.

    I hope they haven't busted Bravo Centurion. He is  much better than that run but that pace would have been impossible to sustain for any 4yo.

    Hard to see this race remaining a Gr1 unless they start attracting some decent sprinters.

    Forget Chollima ran as it was locked up tighter than P Diddy. It could have done with having some of those bottles of baby oil he had  X(
