Some high priced purchase's not sighted yet, with limited trial
days available with changes starting today, plus weather temperature
    could be a problem Wednesday.

I should checked the facts first. 74 have trialled.

    For anyone interested:
After trials at Pinjarra today another
6 colts (4 sales eligible) and 5 fillies (all sales eligible) Qualified

Total of 2yr olds now qualified is 40

    19 colts,21 fillies of which
12 colts and 14 fillies are eligible for sale races

Good to see that Byford trials this Saturday have been added instead of bypassing for a week, as these 2yrs olds needing to qualify are coming out of the woodwork.

Seems light on, some very high priced not sighted yet.
The highest price to trial $65k. With a small window to
qualify. Not many standout yet, which could be a slow
    on this years sales.

This years sales will be a big watch.
Even Gold coast gallops sales down
$7k on last on last year with high end
above average and middle to low end
well below average with the cost of living
hitting the 5% to 10% share holders flooring.
I`m thinking many will get past in. But hopping
    i`m wrong.

Frog, In this years sale there is a 180 yearlings to go under the hammer, the most for a very long time, so there is a good chance a few will get past in ,but that will depend whether the breeders want to move them on or not, so reserve prices will be interesting

As for the ones that have fronted up for trials so far the dearest two are
    Deltariffic $100k,and Wheelsofortune $95k

Also regarding standouts, Little China Girl the winner of the first fillies 2year old race this year last Monday, has shown huge ability and apparently was sold before the race for a pretty penny.

Interesting observation re Trotsynd, on twitter x a congratulatory message from GP about our Trotsynd horse Ideal Beach is in the APG Sales Classic Final, is this a mistake as the horse doesn't race in the Trotsynd name. Also another interesting observation 2024 sale lot 506 sold to Trotsynd for 80k now races as Perfect Miki ran 4th in the heat and also advertised as a Trotsynd horse but races under the ownership of Solid Gold Standardbreds. :)

Yes I thought they brought a filly $160k and colt $150k
I must have my wires crossed. I'm wrong or something
has changed. Very small numbers in the heats which
maybe there on to early. Both Young horses went very
    good.

Interesting observation pt2, Perfect Miki has had a ownership change since winning on Tuesday but still no ownership under the Trotsynd banner.GP continue to promote Perfect Miki and Ideal Beach as Trotsynd horses. Smells like vermin in the pantry.

Just concerned about the future of what was once a great industry.

In the grand scheme of things does it really matter who the owners are ?? And whether or not gp chose to promote it or not ?? Gp and some of the other tracks I think do a great job promoting the winners of the majority of there races , I think there are much greater issues in our Industry than that

You may need to google the meaning of integrity.

Interesting figures out of the Nutrien Yearling sale in Queensland only 51 sold out of a possible 91 or 54.95% seems to be a lack of confidence in harness racing in Queensland.

yep turnover figures would show they are completely in the duldrums.......ohhh wait a second those figures are showing a complete turn around since rationalisation, or are they figures you just choose to ignore ???
