I've been to plenty of them and watched a lot over the last 40 years.

Some unbelievably good animals going around and the draw has made it all the more intriguing.

This could be one for the ages.

Best Miracle Mile ive ever seen  , when Popular Alm and Gammalite  2 absolute superstars , heavyweights clashed at HP

And you could not script the race any better , turning for home GammalitE leading by about a neck , i can remember the course commentator Kevin Thompson at that point exclaiming the 2 Victorians , but Popular Alm prevailed and beat Gammalite , you could watch the last 200 metres over and over again

It was similar to that big race in WA , might have been a WA Pacing Cup or an Inters final , where Im The Mighty Quinn K Prentice i think drove it and it had a torrid run , but it was in front at the top of the straight , but looked a touch vulnerable , because Mr Magical Mac who was in tremendous form at the time loomed up but ITMQ showed its Champion qualities and held on , again i could watch the last 200 metres of that race over and over again - simply because there was so much excitement at the 200 metre mark , what is going to transpire etc

With Minstrel great return in the Pinjarra cup , he wouldn't of been out of place. Was a great run and training performance 1st up Monday.

Minstrel would have been chasing the abulance home.
