They just needed Insinge & put players that suit his game like Jorginho in midfield (Napoli team mate) who I think never got a go until the last game.....

I watched the first match because well it was the first match :D and i backed Russia..Ruskies smashed them, meanwhile the Saudi's who qualified 2nd in our asia group were inept at best.
Spain v Portugal in the early hours of tomorrow will be interesting and may be a very good game to watch. Not a huge fan of Ronaldo myself, achievements aside he seems to be a sizeable dickhead..could be wrong on that but give me Mo Salah anyday that little egyptian magician is awesome to watch and many times more humble it seems.
Lionel Messi also i admire, a wizard of a player who deserves a world cup on his mantlepiece in what may be his last appearance.
I will watch the Aussie matches hoping all the while we can replicate our '06 efforts, maybe they can catch the frenchies off guard tomorrow and eke out a draw at least..Our greatest ever World Cup player Tim Cahill hopefully has a few more big efforts in him, regardless of this he will retire a legend of Australian soccer.

Where’s the rest of it being shown ?
• The 12 confirmed group stage games
• At least 3 more 'to be confirmed' group stage games
• Socceroos finals (if they make it to R16 or Q/F)
• The 2 semi-finals
• The 3rd place playoff
• The final
• Any remaining games will come from the R16 and Q/Fs
Spain were better but Ronaldo just wouldnt be denied.Costa was awesome scoring a brace for Spain and the half volley 3rd goal slotted by Nacho was just sublime.

Not sure Cahill is on the coaches radar to get much game time..
Ze germans got done :D Mexico could go far their attack and speed on the ball is high class..finishing needs some work though as they should have scored more goals last night.
Defence is pretty good too.

Had forgotten how many actors the world cup brings out..the feigned agony displayed with regularity is pathetic :))
