Maybe if you at least try and hit the stumps or make the batsman play you might get a wicket ffs!!!

Up until the last decade the draw wasn't a bad bet in cricket, am sure many would remember those tame boring draws on pitches tailor made for batting.
Who can forget Mark Taylor & Geoff Marsh opening the batting against England and effortlessly batting the whole day!
The openers both teams in this series and others tests around the world as well, lucky to survive whilst the number three batter is padding up.
Better bowlers now ? Better green top wickets ? One day and 20/20 proliferation and openers can't adjust eg. Finch & Roy ? Warner also now can't take a trick.
Can all change and Warner and Roy may come good, and not just them opening batsman in this series and a few around the world have taken a pounding lately.
Test Cricket needs results - and bowler friendly wickets ( pace and spin ) are sure helping.
You'd be a brave person betting on a 50 run opening partnership - either team - this upcoming game.

A 2-2 series is a drawn series ( Ashes or no Ashes ) there's heaps to play for..both teams.
The West Indies made those runs - no wickets down - unbelievably openers Greenidge & Haynes both posted big not out centuries. You wouldn't have credited it.
These days if an opener makes it through the first hour he's done well, to lunch he's done extremely well.

David Warner 74.5
1 point per run 10 points per catch
Take your pick over or under $1.88
Needs to score say just 50 runs in the game a lousy 25 each innings and take 3 catches...that's 80 points - it's a doddle :-S
For a bloke of his class 74.5 is not a lot when includes 10 points for a catch...just one score of 50 he should be home easily....but with three ducks in a row, makes one think about this bet.
Ok get the pencil out to do the sums - since 1877 there's been over 2000 games of Test Match Cricket and total number of Ties - 2.
Good luck if taking the 250/1 - both ties did involve Australia though. That third test wasn't far off a tie, but still 250/1 is a bit skinny.

Lords too and the final day - England nearly had it won, or would go very close, and it was the ease the Windies did it with was a shock. It was a bit of a story leading into the final day because finally the West Indies looked vulnerable.
