The match can be rescheduled if an alternative venue and time can be arranged (as per Cricket Australia's playing conditions), however that would appear to be highly unlikely, therefore both teams will get three points each, plus whatever the average is of the bonus points awarded in the other two Shield games.
QLD 240 (Street 58, Conway 5/15) v NSW 0/4
TAS 254 (Milenko 100, Agar 3/68, Mennie 3/76) v SA 0/38
If you’re bottom team hosting top just prepare unsuitable pitch and steal a draw - easy points.
NSW v QLD - NSW won by 9 wickets
QLD 240 (Street 58, Conway 5/15) & 176 (Khawaja 54) v NSW 375 (Henriques 116, Nevill 88*, Abbott 86, Neser 4/60) & 1/42
TAS v SA - SA won by 6 wickets
TAS 254 (Milenko 100) & 261 (McDermott 89, Agar 5/53) v SA 346 (Weatherald 126, Carey 73, Bird 4/70) & 4/170 (Neilsen 86*, Bosisto 47*)
WA and VIC should each receive 4.765 points for the abandoned match (3 for the NR plus 1.765, which was the average bonus points earned by the other four teams).

The bloke can’t bat... Carey has panels on him
In fairness to him, he probably got out to one of the better balls that was bowled yesterday, jagged in off the seam.

I’m glad someone else has finally said it. Carey is a great bloke, can bat ok but as a keeper leaves a hell of a lot to be desired and that is being nice!

He does well keeping on later days, when the balls spinning in directions you can’t predict.

I am sure a lot of the people including kids were booing with a smile on their face and having a chuckle.
Let's not get too serious on this issue.
I reckon those same people will be applauding him when he next plays for W.A in the Sheffield shield.
The BBL is entertainment after all.
Merry Xmas Old Hendo.
