Nothing off the front to take it on except Mag Storm and I can’t see that over 2900 metres.
If I was the 1 I’d be handing up pretty well straight away and waiting for 1 last crack at them.
Note he’s never broken up in front either add to that the services of CD Brown.

track which I love.
Barrier Draw has enabled a myriad of possibilities . Pace of the Race will be red hot I
believe attacks will be becoming from the 1600 m poll considering Team Numbers
hoping there could be another late swooper coming in just like the Freo Cup 2nd
Placegetter.
It’ll be interesting to see how The Pacing Cup compares to the Hunter Cup as a Showcase
Race & Crowd Participation.

I’m of the feeling none of the horses are that much better than any of the others or going well enough that they can do work/make multiple runs and win.
So that has led me to Patronis Star. Tracking back through his replays that last run was no fluke, he’s been thundering home like that in slowly run races so when he got one with the tempo on he almost made the most of it. Sit back, don’t do a tap of work early and be the last one coming at them on the line. Ladbrokes had some very nice odds on offer about him during the day.

If either get clear running last 250 they will take a power of beating. Assuming of course MC leads.

Swooper Patronus Star one kick over them after sitting back and watching it all unfold.
Even if Chic Bull decides to sit and sprint Patronus Star will be right on his back.

Could end up being a race ending move.
My take if he comes off at the start to get behind CB he could go 3 deep at the 1200 and force CB hand (yes have PS on his back) or if he gets behind PS then he is still 3 deep with cover but has CB doing the work and then flush out PS.

I think he comes of no worries, Patronus happy to just go behind him.
