Surely with the rain last night and what's coming the next 24 hours the powers to be will make an earlier decision than last week for the trainers and owners. 
What's everyone's thoughts ?????? Will they, Won't they ?????

    I think this Saturday is far more likely to go ahead than last week. Midweek Belmont next week would have to be 100-1 though, looking at the forecast.

    Huge downpour this morning... as heavy rain as Ive ever heard for about 5 mins. Not much to speak of since then however. 

    What are we thinking Wilchino on saturday... are we forgiving first up without a trial?

    Yep 3 wide the trip and punched a solid breeze. Should win well tomorrow.
    Also like Ruuca in race 6 look at its 2nd up form and heavy form. Think it can run a big race tomorrow and $10 is a nice price

    Only 2.5mm of rain forecast in the next 24 hours. I can't see how they could be called off.

    Report from stewards says that they inspected the track at 2.30pm and have rated the track a  heavy 8, With minimal rain expected overnight further improvement is expected

    R6 Ruuca ex eastern stater with wet track form one of the best bets
    R7 Ohbeeh a bit of pudding on the heavy but can win this
    R8 Forever Dreaming 
    R9 Don't Fuss is another with pudding but can win
    R10 Marlize @ 41 is an each way special. First 4 carryover put it in there. Has had less luck than me on Tinder. Truly Reliable a saver

    Thanks to the Eeyore punters for pushing out Wilchino's price, 2.20/2.30 was generous for a quality horse with heavy form.
