    They sent me a sms Saturday saying due to the large amount of winning bets on Anamoe they where a little behind . Lokked Saturday night and $200 was is the extraction chamber. Same for a mate . The difference being he withdrew his im letting mine ride

    First of all I'm not sticking up for them to be clear.
    I got the same message and I'm not surprised this caused a meltdown it got paid within an hour roughly.I had plenty more on the winner besides and that was paid out in normal course(5 to 10 minutes)

    @Hash idk what type of bets? but I've had winners ALL paid out as per normal on the gallops but also NFL and Pga Golf.
    Must be bad luck of the draw mate i've had not one hiccup at all.
    Also have made 4 withdrawals so far in under a week and all were processed without delay..plus they send email confirmations which none of the others do in my experience.

    Hope it gets resolved..should do obviously


    Oh yeh and meanwhile mid last Sunday arvo after I had backed a winner at Northam i noticed my balance down by $100 i'm like wtf..
    TABTOUCH inexplicably reversed my Friday nite bet refund for the Manikato...just a pilot error(some uni grad pressed the wrong button)stated as the reason when I rang lol.

    Wouldn't even bother with the phone calls, they do eventually respond on the live chat.
    I had a bet from last Sunday take most of the week to clear and it wasn't even a winner.
    I set up an account on Sunday, restricted by Friday. Then they gave me a $500 deposit bonus? Pretty weird show that one.

    have a think about it..betr fluffing around with 1b for our tab....ladbrokes sponsoring cox plate, sportsbet spending a fortune on advertising and a lot of others doing the same.
    where do you reckon the money comes from...mug punters, thats who.
    i detest the corporates, they should be paying hundreds of million in tax, not some paltry few pennies...

    Agree the only corporate they should be allowed to sell to would be Tabcorp and tie themselves into the same deals Victoria Racing gets any of the other corporates would cause ongoing problems and end in tears for punters.

    Actually i am in the where is my payout boat now myself lol The Pga Golf finished about 5 hours ago and it was the last leg of a 3 fold multi.

    What I found bizarre is old mate claimed he couldn't access my account to find the only bet pending WTF so I had to provide him with the 36 character receipt number ..AND the the guy disappeared for 5 minutes to another enquiry/unpaid bet most probably.

    But just proves that the govt couldnt organise a root in a brothel. Had multiple offeree’s - they went with Betr ROFLLLL

    now they should just tidy up the operation... get a big wig in to clean it out and make it run like an efficient corporate and they'll make even more for the industry.

    No entity owned by the government will ever be run efficiently.

    ABC reporting a "mixed reaction" by the racing industry to the sale falling over. 

    I have yet to meet anyone that thought it was a good idea...
