Just took my first look at the Premiership market for 2019 and can't recall it being such an open market.
$5.00 the field. Wow Wee.
If someone gave me $50 to throw down I reckon I would put it on Melbourne @ $7.50.
Remember where you heard it first.

A place special - to make the eight.

Look for recruits Polec & Pittard ( Port ) Hall ( Suns) Tyson ( Demons ) to elevate this team into the 8!

Good old North Melbourne is on the ball to make the 8. In an even competition - get on!

With those recruits riders, the club obviously wants to shed its "shinboners" tag.
    OUCH !!! \m/

And what is certain, the wooden spoon...Suns. Good luck to them but can't see anywhere except 18th. They'll be favourite.

Outside of hopefully the Kangas top 8 and Suns holding the ladder up, Eagles top 4 looks safe as does Tigers, perhaps Pies too. Then after that no idea!

North recruiting those four and they have some good quality youngsters coming through - there my smokey...look what the Pies did with their foreign legion of players from other clubs - North not at that level but think they'll be around the eight when the whips are cracking.

North are ready for finals action no doubt. Like every team you need luck with injuries and suspensions and that is half the battle.
Agree with the Suns. To offset what looks like being a ripper season, Suns could be the talk at the other end of the scale. They appear to be a lost cause like every other sporting code that tries to survive in that city .Brisbane on the rise will fuel a lot of the GC doubters.

For sure and another improver into the eight might be Essendon, very good recruit from GWS - there short enough in the betting though.

Could be wrong here - but won't have a bar of the Adelaide teams!
Very dissapointing last year and those Crows lack pace...now watch 'em both have good seasons.

Agree Melbourne should be good and right up there too.

^^No Richmond in the 8 ? That's either an oversight or you've got something against tigers! Haha.

Adelaide Crows - an interesting team for 2019 - not for me, think they lack pace - will win games at home, not so sure how many away. Port Adelaide - the big disappointment of 2018 - look for Ken & Kochy when Port fails to fire again to come to blows!

Will be another great year, but once again will be spoilt by several teams dropping out early and by round 5 or 6 a few teams will be winless, out of contention and the Suns tailed off. The rest of the competition looks very even.

Is there any bookies framing a market for the Pies to win 4 in a row?
    I want some of that!

Nah, 28 of those is more than enough.

What a fantastic Club, made the finals around 60 times.
Will dominate for the next decade with the depth, youth and qaulity coaching and leadership group.

Wiggles will don another 11 jumper designs in the same period, wankers!

Hey @SKIDS and @oldhendo one of our greyhounds won the other day from Box 2...the black and white box. Every owner agreed 100% to donate all the winnings to The Fred Hollows Foundation as a way of ensuring we never had to look at those colours coming first again!!!
    ;) :D :D

In fairness to Fremantle with the Eagles comparison and premierships won etc, when the Eagles won them in '92 and 94, it was a little difficult for the Dockers to do well considering they wern't a part of the competition!

    1995 was their inaugural year.
