J Mac really struggling despite a ripper of a ride to win the Wyong Cup last Friday-although that was a provincial win so it won't help his metro stats. Jade McNaught leads the Perth metro premiership at a Pike-like strike rate of 26%...and the donut king now is offering a sprinkling of doubles and trebles to his menu in HK.

    Nash 14(26%)
    Pike 10(17%)
    Moreira 5(18%)
    J Mac 5(8%)
    Purton 4(15%)

Gee 31% for Jade, that cannot be ignored. She'll ride 200 winners at this rate haha

Punters.com.au have her stats as follows

119 starts for 32 wins, 14 seconds and 14 thirds for a whopping 58% ROI.

You really do get paid when you back Jade

Jade mcnaught is really having a cracker to the opening few months of the season well done. I heard someone say the other day she is only riding winners because of her claim. I said it is obviously helping but don't be fooled by that with the amount of winners she riding the girl can obviously sit on

Don't confuse brave with stupid @spinking and i am certainly not the latter. Joao still had dozens more rides than Zac when Purton prevailed two seasons ago so the Brazilian has an obvious advantage and deserves to be fav. But being challenged to back Zac right after he concedes a start after Joao just rode a four-timer? :-j

J Mac returns to form by riding 5 last Saturday and yet was edged out in the Epsom by a better steer by Boss-quite the irony. Adding Tommy Berry to this race becos his form is undeniable.

Purton rode four 3 or four weeks back. Looking for excuses already Kramer?

Not at all, but you just made my point for me, didn't you? I didn't hear anyone declaring Joao then, or before the season or after he produced a donut in the first metting.

Only brought it up after looking at Jums post to inject some banter. But can see your running scared and its so early in the season show some faith

Scared? Not likely. If there is three wins between Zac and Joao next April then Id back Zac for sure. But Moreira is the safe bet, so laying him at evens, which is what jum is suggesting, is a dumb bet.

See magic nailed five----The rider who I marked to ride the longest price winner 2018-19 Grant Van-nekirk saluted at $167.00----finished up with 50.2 per cent return on investments for win bets to comfortably be the most profitable jockey last season.

He has started  this year off riding like a one armed paper-boy--with crabs.
