Another cracker six event programme to go toe to toe with Gloucester Park on WA Pacing Cup night. Standing start handicap marks spread throughout every race. Even Call Me Ernie comes off the 60 metre mark. Good luck to Ernie.

Race 1: Four winning hopes - Madam of Mishief, Catch Me Cougar, Joeys Girl and Caruba.

Race 2: Euphoric Moment should win this week, no Allthewaytoroyalty to get past this time, only possible dangers Itsbeenforever and Salome Miss.

Race 3: Rather Sentimental won well last week, the main threats are Henwood Bay, Allthewaytoroyalty and of course the super inform Fight Song going for four consecutive Busselton wins.

Race 4: Tough one will pass on - freodockers you can chime in on this race!

Race 5: Just seven runners but most are some chance. If Cavalry Call can ping to the front might take some running down. Mondooley Mach racing in great heart. Bandar and Captain Prould both chances. Ohako Damo for Emily Suvaljko, and wouldn't leave Sammy out of quaddie selections.
The only one don't like is Hillbilly Time, so could be the one!

Race 6: Another tough one. Rockinthebox and Johny's Grange look hard to beat, but backing two that should be rough a place in the event, pay 1,2 only and clutching at straws with them - American Voodoo and Cherokee Chance. Saying they battle is an understatement, but that's the beauty of Busselton.

Thought beguiling meant charming and enchanting...but upon looking up, has a little bit more sinsister overtones. Didn't realise that.

Will be interesting to see if Fight Song can win four in a row - am leaning no, but would like to see him do it just the same. Also how many winners and placegetters Emily Suvaljko gets home this week.

Would Busso be disappointed only 6 race cards two meetings in a row ?

Race 4 Riders BettaGoBolt driven by E Suvaljko.
Badly held up two starts ago and no hope last week after galloping and chasing a couple of smarties home, was still a good run finishing 9th.
1 off the 10 mtrs will better suit and will be all over them at the finish line.
One to watch same race Happy As enormous run two starts back, 3 wide at bell last week, begins well and gets camped over them could surprise at decent odds.
Exacta 5, 8 any old odds.
    First four 5,8,3 & 4.

Any others like on the night @freodockers ?

For sure @loose_goose think they'd be hoping for seven races, although can recall places like York trots in the 70s and 80's having just six races on the card, Wednesday evening back then.

Thought last week was as competitive as could possibly wish to see for that standard of pacer - if pretend the track was made bigger and all mobile - wouldn't take the slightest notice - it caters for the standing start limited ability horse ( apart from that Awaitinginstructions! ) and so it should.

Just like five day test cricket ( four days 8-| ) it's unique - hope it always remains that way.

Liaurie Race 1 can sneak through at good odds ew.
Rather Sentimental can work forward and lead and should win from there. Big win last week one of the runs of the season thus far at Busselton.
Sammys Ideal is going to be very hard to keep out in small field, could get reasonable odds.
All in all a pretty skinny night for roughies.

Geez Riders Aurums Run in the third new stable, not a bad trial if leads is going to be thereabouts, has got 20 mtrs on next runner. $11 fixed could lead all the way and appears to be a grinder.

First race trifecta and first four divies bloody good...thought they were the four main hopes.

Gee another set of small nominations for Busselton again this Friday and only 6 races

Not close enough to the situation to know, but why is this happening.
