One week to go
The two dead heating Group 1 winners finished last and second last in Race 3 this week. A significant fall from grace in recent weeks that has meant both are clawing to remain in the top 32, let alone the top 16.
raymondo did what he does best and nailed Legless in the last race of the day, whilst Blacks A Fake narrowly went down to Group 2 winner jayandbron despite a barnstorming finish. Mothballs took back second spot on the ladder finishing just behind the top two.
The big priced selection of the day, Wicked Hunter, both came in race 12 where Deep Friar and Chris rocketed into the top 64 with a single week to qualify.
Previous champions RIO and choc had their better days of the tournament. RIO finally breaking the duck in race 13, whilst choc settled for second in race 10. Whilst choc looks set to defend his title in the finals, in 89th the question is whether RIO has left his run too late.
thedoc now rounds out the top 64 and with one week to go, the only certainty is that no one is safe.

I cant tell rio haha I reckon he's either gone for a mark and over cooked his run up and jump or that's him following through after kicking a torp :))
