RACE 1:

Race is deeper than it looks, Veuve may not get its own way in front but has the form on the board. Both Invincible Mode and Parading look really smart. Invincible more speedy and may kick up to lead. Parading might sit and come over the top. Dainty will have to go back and have the last crack at them. She’s been going well, but had box seat every run. Drop in weight will help.

RACE 2:

Good pace Cubitt and Cundy, Forseen and Baraki Beats (who hasn’t tried to lead at his last two). Forseen will ensure its genuine. Granlarado was big last start and will sit behind good pace with Point, who will also be better suited than breezing with no pace on. Two Tone Blonde and Mudlode are the mad ones in this race.

RACE 3:

Dubious pace here, My Greek Boy has knocked up leading and breezing in town and won well sitting at Kal. That leaves it to Sporting Image and The Blue Nipper. Parnham Boys might try and control it. Uptown Funk has the form, the barrier and the sprint to win again. Bevel excellent trial, but barrier  9 off a moderate pace the concern. Royalic pushed too far (1300m) and Sigil back to far in dist. Joukaku the smokey at big odds (place).

RACE 4:

I really like Infathuated here, will lead, blinkers on first time, JTW has had three weeks to pour the work into it. Bonny Zara and Belle La Vie the dangers but you wouldn’t want to be going for either of those. Belle La Vie a query at the 1600m and Bonny had every chance last start with the pie run. Too many positives Infathuated to ignore.

RACE 5:

Good pace here, Verdello should lead with Drupa outside. Wonorg can also go forward. Dark Musket and Shinta Mani seem the obvious two and Shinta “should” be the pick at the weights, but I just cant bring myself to do it. If they run it genuinely, Dark Musket is the better stayer and should still win.

Vega Magic will set its own pace here and would have to drop substantially in performance to get beaten. Its Iht is the one to place again, should possie up close enough to the pace and was a great run 1st up provided not flattened too much. Gigante the other obvious place hope.

RACE 7:

New Time and Shalo should ensure a genuine pace here. Without being too fast, Zuccheros, with some luck, can outsprint them again. Mad Brad a definite danger but under the odds due to Pike factor. The pike factor might just be the difference with this horse. Not sure he’s a kids or a girls horse (previous starts). Sweet As Bro trial was good enough and if problem free is good enough to win this. Don’t like Rebel King or Malibu Style at 1300m.

RACE 8: 

Pace here is Bowl a Doorsa, they wont change their tactics as it has been working. Im a Bluebagger and My Magic miss will also go forward. Should be a genuine clip and I doubt Doorsa will get away with Magic Miss and Bluebagger chasing. This will help some of the backmarkers into the race (Striking Star, Present Arms, Ready to Fire). I like the form around My Magic Miss with Drupa and Shinta Mani both racing in better company. Striking Star is the big danger if Pike can get him close enough to sprint over them. Ready to Fire next best and the smokey’s Wayside and Im a Bluebagger.
