This 1000m Dash for Cash is very evenly graded with almost every horse possessing genuine winning chances. Rebel King, King of the Palace, Benito, Hot Goods and Volkoff all finished within 1.5 lengths of each other and with Sarah Bonner going onto the fleet footed Hot Goods there will be an electric pace set. Volkoff was finishing as well as anyone in that race and even though her Belmont Park record scares me I will tip her on top on an eachway basis. If Whiting can settle midfield with cover and gradually work her into the race she will be flooding late. Kennocha has bar plates on which is no concern what so ever as she won with them on at Ascot on numerous occasions. Her first-up record speaks for itself and she has the perfect draw in gate 1. Benito should enjoy the run of the race on the speed for an in-form Pontiff and at $7 is value. Cool Passion was very flat first-up and needs to improve to compete.

That winner showed some speed. Thinking Jefferson will more than pay his way, especially if they get the right jock on.
