Ascot leaves Belmont for dead. Belmont has a longer straight but if your off the pace in a big field your 8 wide on the turn, no camber. It is a carousel. I wonder what would have happened if the VRC had sold off big slices of Flemington 30 years ag…

I know that in SA Racing SA send the nomination costs directly to the owners. I don't know of any state that sends prize moneys directly to all owners, that would create a problem for the managing owner as they are responsible for all invoices and t…

[quote="SuburbanPunk"]GOD has spoken to me and advised that he will host the show. Geez Punk, your further up river than I am. I'll send Willard up to see if he can talk you down. You should try the Delta Punk, a few Agent Orange sunsets listening …

PRINCE TED

The 4 point allowance for mares is a problem. Look at the last race on Saturday, Prince Ted ran 3rd in same rated race 2 weeks ago and is 1st emergency :? There is no form consideration at all. You would get up and coming horses in the higher rated…

Big Ted, that was some 1st up run. Looked like a mature racehorse today. Looked like Duncan Miller forgot that his horse had 60kg.

King Cool Kat hard to beat if fit, Blacksmith is race fit. Big Ted could be the blowout. Could be one of those races that looks average but is tougher than it looks. :?

Carried 58kg in the Belmont Sprint and was beat a short half head by Grand Nirvana. Will still be hard to beat in this field with 60kg.

If you want to see what corporate bookmakers do to the racing industry then go to the UK. Terrible prize money and likewise for on course facilities. They don't put back in what the tote does and they are eroding our industry.

Had a 1.5kg claim, carried 53.5kg and only beat Knight Fury (56kg) by 1.75 lengths and Prince Ted by 2.0 lengths who had an interupted run down the straight. There was some good early pace in the race as well. Was the best horse in a 62-74 rating r…

BEST E/W - RACE 5: PRINCE TED

Your not wrong about Berry, he slaughtered Benny twice. The Karrakatta ride had the horse 100/1 at the turn. Showed how good the horse really is. If WP or PH had the ride he would have been $1.80 and won by 3 lengths. Connections must be having nigh…

I know one of the owners of Big Ted. He said the mare was purchased specifically for a mating with Marooned. One of the other owners had a horse with Brian Mayfield-Smith who recommended Marooned, who he trained. Doesn't match you story Scenic. :?:
