I may have gone over board with Guyno beating Rogan Josh at 3200m but howabout I peg back the distance a little bit and make it 2400m hehe. Guyno might fancy his chances then I'd say. Could be a win for the Guyno man hahahaha.

I agree, Lords Ransom is a much better horse than Guyno. Guyno is more of traditional stayer. Lords Ransom has that bit of class. I dont think Guyno ever beat Lords Ransom when they raced against each other.

Chris" said:[quote="Skywest_Airlines"]PC, your probably right. I was being a little bit too keen and a bit blind sighted. Its no secret that I really like Guyno, but at 3200m.............hmmmmm maybe not. He would need to get a really really REALL…

PC, your probably right. I was being a little bit too keen and a bit blind sighted. Its no secret that I really like Guyno, but at 3200m.............hmmmmm maybe not. He would need to get a really really REALLY soft run to run out the 3200m and ev…

Oh really? I didn't know that. Well as they say, out with the old and in with the new. The rejuvinated Guyno could run the trip I think.

Guyno would beat Northerly and Rogan Josh at 3200m. Quality and class equals........WIN
-
It's a pity, the way things are going in QLD Racing
-
PC, I would have to agree with you in regards to Northerly. Sprintcar, yeah Guyno is a gutsy horse with that bit of class. Maybe I should make a page on facebook haha. Would anyone join though? lol

I'm just saying my opinion. I think Guyno is very underrated.
-
Makybe Diva is better. However Guyno didn't get the oppptunities that Makybe Diva did. Also this poll is about WA stayers not eastern states stayers.
-
I don't think its an insult to have Guyno in the list. As for Aquanita, well he was more of a miler-middle distance horse. He won the Cox Plate, CF Orr Stakes, two Emirates Stakes, Futurity Stakes, Doomben 10,000, Turnbull Stakes, Underwood Stakes…

Heroicity was a good stayer, I remember his BMW win - very good. But I think Guyno was better.
-
PC and darrah, no I am sorry, I disagree. Guyno is all class and has quality written all over him. No I dont own him. I just love him.
-
Looking at those link makes me believe that Guyno would beat Maliador and Moss Kingdom. I would be very confident actually. Again it proves my theory that Guyno is the best - he would beat Rogan Josh, Maliador and Moss Kingdom. Too easy. Im big fan…

lets elope: So are you saying that Meliador would beat Rogan Josh at 3200m? If so then my theory of Guyno beating Rogan Josh at 3200m is valid then.
-
PC, I can see where you are coming from and the stats support your theory. However I will stick with Guyno. I think Guyno is good enough to beat Rogan Josh or any other stayer at 3200m for that matter. I think he has the class to beat them.
-
PC, I honestly think Guyno would have Rogan Josh's measure at 3200m. Guyno is a tough stayer and would beat Rogan Josh. There are some good names on that list but Guyno is up there.
-
PC, no it's not a misprint. I just think that out of all of the stayers listed in that poll, I think Guyno is the best. I am not sure why he hasn't got more votes. Anyways I will stick with Guyno.

It has to be Guyno. His record it excellent is very very good, its brilliant. G1 WA Derby (2400m) G2 Perth Cup (2400m) G3 Lord Reims Stakes (2600m) Listed Mornington Cup (2400m) Listed Melvista Stakes (2200m) Listed TJ Smith Trophy (1800m) I…
