    Thank you gentlemen.

    Yes, still very round but trying hard to shed the outer layers.

    Just finished a 40 minute session with John Claite and I know it will take a long time to regain peak fitness. It just won't happen.

    I know John is training a few forumites. I can recommend him even though I am not a good recommendation at this stage.

    In my opinion. And it is only that. Wes is a better tipster than Deane Lester. Over the past few years i have followed Deane's wednesday quaddies with little result. I will admit though Deane is a master when it comes to throwing out winners at carnival times. Happy Birthday none the less Wes. Your brilliant for this industry. It needs more people like you

    PS Tuesday morning on RR is my favourite day - the first hour is just like listening to a couple mates having a chin wag over matters various - with opinions offered.
