How is this allowed to happen??
He is dangerous and never been one frightened to intentionally knock over one of his peers to find the front on many occasions..
Yet Lindsay Harper still isn't allowed to drive..

BETTA GO BOLT – An inquiry into the driving tactics adopted by G. Kersley including how BETTA GO BOLT was able to obtain a position in the running line in the back straight on the first occasion has been adjourned to a date and time to be set.  Stewards also intend to inquire into G. Kersley’s whip use on BETTA GO BOLT, why his helmet was unfastened while he was driving a horse on the track and the reasons for him leaving the course without attending the stewards room when he had been directed to do so.  Also required at the inquiry will be C. Peterson (BETTOR NOT KNOWING).  As there were a number of matters that Stewards wish to inquire into with G. Kersley and their potential seriousness and taking into account this was G. Kersley’s second race drive back in over six years, Stewards stood G. Kersley down from driving in races under Rule 183(b) until the inquiry is finalised.
