Not a lot for me but I thought R1 The Verandah would really enjoy the suck along the pegs

I think the feature could be a bit of a blow out along the pegs. The 1 horse probably deserves a chance at leading throughout so with that in mind I’ll be having a little play the 2, I think with the faves being fresh there won’t be a lot of pressure so will be humming home which could see the 1,2 slip away, novelties them at the top for a result.

Good luck anyone having a punt

Sticking with Boy Named Rosie awkward draw just needs a bit of luck.
Also 2 Brett Smith horses wouldn’t be surprised to see either get up both doing a good job from good and bad barriers.

Having one dabble ...Baylan Jett ....going great guns and is way overs if he gets a cart into the race...there are no bad barriers until the race is over....G Lang

Did Typhoon Tiff have a cold tonite Alfie didnt want to go near it
    39 lead time
    32.8 first quarter
Mathematically impossible to sit outside leader who is a very  nice mare and beat it over last 1200.

Sensational race to view, was it the correct result though re Shockwave going inside a couple of pegs at the 1000m mark?

He gave them 999 metres to catch him and they couldn’t ,, correct decision imo. Good luck trying to take it off him after last years debacle.
How good is the horse though. Should have won Pacing Cup last year and to lead from wide barrier and do that first up over 2500 ??? Some pretty excited connections I would imagine. Good luck to all involved.

Always wondered has anyone got the video footage of Spring Well when he went inside marker pegs and was disqualified ---at a stab in the dark thought his flucs was 50s into 6s it was at G.Park 27dec 1998 race 2 the eventual winner was Social Aspect-----trainer Helen Luke driven by Kim Young.
Just to see what transpired to lose that race.
  • My parents have the seasons of glory 98/99 vhs tape and it features on that...

Just watched a replay - i know it is not possible under the current circumstances - but that race deserved  an on course crowd of 20000

Does anyone know much about the Dam of Shockwave - Here for The Money - i cant recall it
