That’s unbelievable they can do that and get away with it, at least so far.   Unfortunately In everything we do these days we enter contracts by ticking a box with zero knowledge of what we have just agreed to.  But there’s no option, no one has the time to go through it, a couple of my mates are barristers and they say of course you just tick the box.  But it gives these corporations the confidence to do whatever they want with their pages of T&C’s and even if they are wrong it would cost you too much to beat them in court.   Only option for this bloke is to not let up shaming them publicly until hopefully they decide to at least pay him out to shut him up.

And I’m sure there’s a Terms and conditions section on the TABtouch units that says by using it you agree to everything and agree their decisions are final and are to be made in their sole discretion on all settlements blah blah blah

Talk about times are a changing, field sizes are a huge problem not just in WA but all over Australia including Harness.
