Good effort from our girl :)

Once she got pulled down, I thought she had escaped it, but in doing so, opened the rail to the 7 dog!

Jumped superbly and railed very well for 95% of the race - those juvy races are a spectacular demolition derby!
  • she just couldnt get clear enough to the rail

Next start is likely to be Friday week
  • change of plans - TUESDAY

    looks a winnable race

Yep was a good run after she missed the kick slightly.

As you say, rare to see dogs run that sort of time, looks a pretty impressive dog!

Think that's the fastest I've personally seen go around Mandurah in, not far off the race record
  • The Nurse ran 23.10 last night

considering she was slightly slower out than normal a got a couple of bumps in running it was arguably her best effort

good box next week would be a help :P

Put's things in perspective a bit.
  • Needed to win to make the Express Stakes Heats (probably a bit beyond her at this stage anyway)

Instead we now go to another Peel Series Grade 5 next week and then back to a Juvenile the week after

after that probably another little freshen up

Well Done Bunj with Touring Addis breaking it's maiden - now just to make it a winning double from two runners!
  • Hope Nurse Trina wins by the same margin - good win by the Addis

Yeah not sure why such a poor effort

Think she got pulled down twice - got going after the first pull down, but the second one she was dragged down quite badly, front legs in the air - no chance after that point!

The (1) dog cost her getting across initially and then pulled her down!
  • from bunji

Was a shame she didnt get clear heels rounding the turn as she was galloped on from behind approaching the home turn.

She will be kept fresh and set for the next Juv race.
After thAT we may loook at a few more shorter trips in the country class to try help get a bit of confidence back since she has found trouble at all last 4 starts.

Other wise she return and win races as normal
