Yes Della, there is something very fishy going on....the smarties know it but can't quite figure it out...The month the tribunal have indicated before their decission is bewildering, to say the least.
Why in Gods name would they need a month!!!??? :?:

As I said before, why the tribunal may take a month to come down with their decision is odd...to say the least..
