Aussies batting first - every chance
41 degree heat
lets see if Ponting still has it
Brilliant knock by the Punter.
I agree Rhino, Lee to continue his brilliant form and Tait to not bowl so much s***, we are half a chance here on a slow pitch.
My fearless prediction, M Clarke to come on and bowl his darts, 3/14. We'll win by 20 runs....
These boys will be pumped.
Terrible thing.
were always gonna need one of the bowlers to take a bag against the class of India
16 wides and 2 no balls is terrible
but
to openly support Australia getting beat is taking it to another level
we could lose the next 25 games with the same team and I would still barrack for them
shows a lack of something in my books
Were even taking photos of it ! :)
What about on the punting front Della have you ever bet against them?
Horse Shed
no chance kiwi's get lucky 2 games in a row
Can you believe it, New Zealand have reached the semis for the sixth time. This is the team that prepared for this Word Cup by failing to make the final of a tri-series in Sri Lanka, being humiliated 4-0 by Bangladesh and then being hammered 5-0 in India. Oh, and they then lost a one-day series 3-2 at home to Pakistan. And yet here they are. Will Sri Lanka be underestimating them? Not a chance. The Sri Lankans will have been preparing to face South Africa in this game, and though New Zealand are, on paper, weaker opponents, their performance to get this far means they'll be treated with as much caution as any other team might have. Sri Lanka appear to have all bases covered, but their lower middle order hasn't quite fired in this tournament and that's the weakness New Zealand, who revel in the underdog tag, will be hoping to expose.
Fair dinkum the guy should never have been able to play the game.
