So half a reserves game and then the sub next week Funky?

I'd like to see Weedon come in this week and play a full game, not just be the sub. Eagles wont get a better opportunity all year to give him a run against a side full of kids. Would probably drop Ebert for him, he's been ok this year, particularly taking contested marks, but I reckon Weedon can potentially add more to the side.

Its a shame Gaff did his hammy (not sure how badly?) as it would have been a perfect game to bring him back in too.

Yep, I think its important we rotate the fringe players throughout the season.

Ebert has been very average the last month and should make way for Weedon, Stevens or Strijk who can all play the same role as he has been on a HFF. Hams is still suspended but I reckon he offers us the most at this point on a HFF.

Ebert has only kicked 4 goals from 9 games and hasn't taken a mark I50 since round 4, which is not acceptable for a forward flanker, no matter what his job is. Simply has not got enough of the ball lately either, but I will say his kicking has improved marginally.

Gaff only had a tight hammy I think, so he may be a chance.

Masten will play a full game this week, so if Ebert was to be replaced, which is highly doubtful given he has never been dropped it would be a sub I think.

Smith also needs to return to the magoos, he is like a deer in headlights. Butler to come in and replace or Brennan.

I think Smith has been playing quiet well actually wasn't over awed last week against the Pies and has a nice long kick on him there a few i would drop well before him Ebert being number one on that list. Need Mackenzie back asap also so we can drop that muppet Schofield

Im going to disagree with you there Funky he WAS a Muppet i didn't rate him at all a few years ago but he has slowly improved playing alongside Glassy and is going to be a very good backmen for us don't worry about that

Smith has a nice penetrating kick but he needs to improve in alot of areas if he wants to make it in the AFL. He still doesn't take responsibility, he waits for Glass or Hurn to get in there and only goes when he absolutely needs to. Would like to see him attack the ball more. His decision making and spot up kicking is also very average. Long term he should be played on a wing rather than a defender as he isn't super strong 1 on 1.

We will have Mackenzie and perhaps Brown back after the bye. I knew they were lying about the initial prognosis on Emacs injury, foot injuries can be troublesome. And yes Jordan, Emac will be a quality player.

Good to see Bucovaz finally coming on. He and Mellington both good size boys

One change, Ebert dropped, Strijk in. Good (except weakens the might Falcons for Monday).

Pies over 39.5 @$2.40 seems good odds. Teams travelling to Perth tend to do poorly the follwoing week.
Have taken the Hawks <39.5 @ $2.50 in my Multi's. Dockers should provide more of a contest than last weeks poor effort. MacPharlin in good form should restrict Buddy and a bit of wet weather forecast for Sunday in Melb shoudl keep it close.
Blues should cover the 24.5 against Port easy enough, the $1.71 on offer is a nice multi leg.
I'm tipping Melb to get within 39.5 of Ess on Fri nite. A lot of sh!t gone on this week, which should galvanise the Dees. $2.11 on offer for Ess <39.5.
Other value bet is Bris v Syd either team <15.5 @ $2.90. Most likely slippery conditions again up there, Brisy have been pretty competitive at home and Sydney don't get blown away too often.

Weagles, Cats & Pies to all cover 24.5/39.5+ margins, take your pick.

And on Monday hopefully Souths can knock off Easts at Shark Park.
    Woof woof!

No Watson or Hurley leaves Bombers vulnerable, reckon Dees could roll them on Friday night, they won't leave anything on the field after this weeks media blitz.

Well it's official. Freo are definitely scrapping the bottom of the barrel; Clayton Hinkley named as an emergency
Lats time he played was when we sent our reserves team to Tassie and they got flogged by 20 goals!

Jordan, you reckon Schofield is a muppet. This guy is Kermit! :P
Couldn't get a kick off one of Shane Edward's sex toys! :P

Pies cover the line almost every single time.
Carlton have been good in that aspect as well this season, but might bow out now this round
