In the first i think it's a race between full clip and mr magic so i will be backing both.

Race 5 i think Tranquility will win this but would've prefered an extra 100 or 200 metres.

Well that just shows tranquility needs to be stepped up in distance. Looked under pressure before the bend when pike gave him a niggle and never looked like running a place but came again half way down the straight and was actually a nice run to get 3rd.

One of those days 6 bets today and yes u guessed it 6 placings in a row amazing and the combined margins on those horses would be about 2 lengths if that bloody amazing how u can get no luck in this game some times.Any one else agree.

I was on Mendicity e/w, was called hitting the front 50 out then about 8th/9th past the line. Its ran "third" Big relief!

Would have loved for her to earn some black type, but looking at the photo on CRIS and the official margins, there was 6 horses within a 1/2L. I don't think Darren can be criticised for such a close call.

The Burgess Queen call for the minor placings was a disgrace.

He should be sacked immediately and only be given weak broth for a week.

How dare the caller not pick a triple dead-heat for third.

32 years of calling and failing eye-sight. Enough said.

I think it is time that Joe Dyer be grabbed for the future of W.A. race-calling.

Get rid of the judges as well. Send them to the gulag. Fancy not splitting the horses for third. Did it get too hard. Where are the micro-chips when you need them.

And those jockeys, they deserve a spray. In future boys, don't finish so close to each other as all it does is create disharmony for everyone.

I think you will find there was only 1 bloke potting your mate Elitist myself i thought it was a hard call as 9 went across the line so no probs from my end even though im not his greatest fan and to be frank i turn him of as i no my colours and dont need DMACs help

What ever anyone thinks about darren since W Wilson has retired here in Brisbane both Darren and Alan thomas in brisbane i find the best callers to listen to by far. Because they add a bit to race its never boring.Keep up the the saturday morning banter Wes its gold listening to it over here in brisbane never miss a saturday.
