Adelaide to take care of Geelong @ AAMI looks a good multi leg, and I think the odds are the wrong way around. Very keen on the $2.15 up for Adelaide, they showed class against Sydney and I can't see Geelong travelling and getting the 4 points! Ink it in to your multi's

GWS v Gold Coast - hard to pick this one. Gold Coast have opened up very short... have to wait and see if Ablett and Rischitelli back etc. Happy to take GWS at the pyol + head starts though, sure to be a bit of value. perhaps the 24.5+ start too

Freo Over 39.5 against Port @ Pattersons on Sunday is one for the multi's - morale. Port are woeful!

Richmond v Sydney - tough game to crack this one. might stay clear... flip of the coin.

Good Luck & Happy Punting

Essendon Under 39.5 against WCE looks a good option too.. and Stanton for most touches will go very close, he is absolutely flying! average 25+ touches a game.

agree, a few years ago geelong had a massive loosing streak at AAMI, not a friendly playing ground for them

Good Luck! They are winning games, but not putting teams away!

agree Port have traditionally tested Dockers out they should win but cant see a flogging surely Eagles will come unstuck this week.

yeh that is a valid point - dockers are known to never put sides away - but this week they are playing a crap team @ home (who just lost to richmond by 6 goals @ Home)

if it was a north melbourne or a st kilda, then yes wouldnt be comfortable - but against the power definitely keen to take the over 39.5

Well my beloved Freo and the over-rated Pies let me down last week not covering my line margins.
    This week i've gone;
Pies, Roos, Freo & Blues all 15.5+, Swans -24.5, Ess -39.5 and Crows/Cats <15.5 for some value @ $29 odds
    The value bet;
    Hawks & Freo 24.5+, Pies & Blues 15.5+, Roos & Ess <39.5, Crows/Cats & Swans/Tiges all <15.5 @ $191 odds 8)

Only Rd 7 but probably a must win game for Richmonds finals chances
Lets see how the Ducks go in there first game against a team inside the top 8...
Good to see Silvagni at least in the squad this week

If you think crowing about us getting beat by the Bombers this week because we are playing a geniune Top 8 side then you are delusional, no one in there right mind would be picking us this week with the outs even if they all played we would struggle. Bombers are an absolute lock we always struggle against them over there and with Nic Nat still out, Hams suspended and Selwood not getting up we got no chance don't know i would be taking the -39.5 like you have we don't generally get smashed anymore but under 39.5 is a good bet. Think you should worry about your mob if you can't towel Port up then it might be another long season. Looking forward to the game in 2 weeks time 8)

    Bombers by 27

Hey, I just made a general comment, read into it what you want.
Bombers, like the Ducks and everyone else excl the Roos, have injuries too. Come finals time just about every club will be missing several out of there best 22 anyway, so this week is no different

    4 leg multi this week

    Sydney +1.5
    West Coast +8.5
    Geelong -7.5
    North Melbourne -16.5

    $13.03

Essendon have beaten two quality sides in North and Carlton and been defeated by Collingwood by 1 point, other than that they have only been mediocre against the Suns and Port. They need to beat WCE by 5-6 goals to be serious top 4 contenders! WCE played well at Etihad early in the season (against the poor Bulldogs), so the ground shouldn't hurt them.

Match of the Round (along with GWS vs GC)

    My multi for this weekend

All matches Tri Bet - either side under 15.5

    Adelaide v Geelong
    Essendon v Eagles
    Richmond v Sydney

    Around $22 per $1 investment

I also reckon Suns v Giants will be pretty close

    Not a bad bet
Good decision to leave out the non-consistent teams too

Money gone - Crows by 200

Crows are killing them - although, it's a shame when they are that far in front you'd try and claim a goal, when you don't even kick the ball :?

Gonna switch channels and watch a close game!

Tigers were bloody good Tivers, and there honestly isn't much better in footy than listening to the boys belting out "Oh we're from Tigerland" after a win.

Good luck to them, they are on the improve big time.

Looking very ordinary at the moment too many passengers forward line dysfunctional midfield not firing Just look very slow knew we would get beat but didn't think we would put the cue in the rack this easy! Need to just put this one behind us and focus on Saints next week
  • JordanJordan    1,827 posts
Our forward line moving forward is going to be a major concern not going to win games kicking 3 goals

Nathan Lovett Murray and Taylor Walker will not be playing next weekend after their respective tackles, where they slammed their oppontents heads in to the ground.

Yep, Taylor Walker has to get some time - whilst probably no malice, the tackle was executed very dangerously.

Can the Bulldogs continue this weekend of upsets?

Seems funny that the Dockers are only 1 game and percentage behind the Eagles now :eh:

The draw is still yet to level out. Freo's next 6 games is easily the toughest stretch of their season. They won't start favourite in many if any and quite conceivable to drop all 6.
The derby in a fortnight is shaping like a critical game for both teams
