Retired to stud in 2008 by her owner Sean Buckley, Miss Andretti was sent to
Exceed and Excel in her first year at stud, ironically the same choice that was
made for Black Caviar.

The mating produced a colt called Mr Villeneuve, who has never raced and to
this point in time he’s the only foal she’s had with subsequent matings to
Fastnet Rock, Redoute’s Choice, Undoubtedly, Star Witness and Nicconi all
coming to nought.

    i'm not 100% certain but sounds like it from this , with the last 5 matings resulting in nothing

     racing in seven countries - several on >x2  and produced 4 foals all winners.

     two are Stakes winners   -  include AUSTRALIA - Investec Epsom Derby.

    alot of good horses come from Group 2 and 3 winners and even listed winners , it's a fine line between burning them out before the breeding barn and not .
    not sure if she had troubles foaling down with the first which could also help explain some of it or makes you wonder what there given for traveling or stopping hormones so they don't interfere with there racing preps  eg miss andretti , starspangledbanner ect , ect ?
