Kalgoorlie postponed due to the state of the track.

May run on Tuesday.

    KALGOORLIE MEETING POSTPONED TO TUESDAY

    Kalgoorlie-Boulder Racing Club Officials, Stewards and Riders inspected the Kalgoorlie track surface at 10am Saturday morning, after 40mm of rainfall was recorded at the track last night (Friday night).

    The track condition was found to be inconsistent with significant surface water visible. The Bureau of Meteorology forecast is for further rainfall throughout today (Saturday).

    Acting under the provisions of AR8(q)(i), the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Racing Club meeting scheduled for Sunday, 2 August has been postponed to Tuesday, 4 August. Revised race times are now available.

    Bomber Bel is out of race 6. Lord Hartras will lead from gate 1 and if it gets as far in front as it did last start if won't get caught. Lord Hartas/The Flirt/?....@thefalcon.I just need one more for a genuine multi and I can attract the wrath of the punting gods >:)

    It's probably not a coincidence that the horse was entered actually. 7.5 lengths 9th of 11 last start as a $21 chance.

    Funny how Kal is cancelled due to state of track, and on here it's fair bump, play on.
    Even a whisper of Perth being cancelled for the same reason, and there's howls of incompetence, with calls for a public flogging for everyone from the Chairman to the lovely old guy who mans the gate with a smile and friendly greeting every Saturday.

    Maybe Bunnings sold out of axes ?
