    Yes i read an article yesterday on Racenet i think which stated it looks like the plod have been selective in their evidence submitted and overall have done to the case basically what Archie says..forked it to within an inch of getting thrown out completely.

    Or at least have created enough doubt to sabotage their own case 8-}

    Get off? He's still banned the last time I checked. If we're going to start adding criminal charges to everything that happens in racing that's slightly dodge, then they'll run out of jail cells.

    Thought he pleaded no contest to the four years he received, also this time around could be big house time, likely finish up animal cruelty charges to the person which alleged vision of poly pipe and jiggers irrespective how many hours show them giving a carrot
