I'm assuming he backed the winner but lost on the race, he could have backed 4 horses and the winner was just a small saver ? I do half agree with you Falc it was a losing race and in my book it doesn't matter if you back the winner, a loss is a loss. Still a very good effort on the part of the "rat"

Looks exactly like one of my pages on the Fair. making a punters book. One race recently in Sydney a mate of mine was working on, got down to 82%. Of course, he didn't catch the ones he wanted at top odds and had to settle for 98.35%. Any punter worth his salt, who wants to have every possible chance to win, and who is not on Betfair, should give the game away.
